| FELDENKRAIS
AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT® Sessions lead you through gentle exercises and mild stretches that mobilize and change areas of your body that have become stiff, painful or limited in mobility. Exercises range from micro-movements to large sweeping actions that relieve pain, stress and muscle tension to improve how you move and feel. You will be led through soothing movement sequences that release pain, strengthen and support you by building a steady core, improve flexibility, balance, posture and alignment, build stronger bones and enhance your sense of well-being. Sessons are suitable for all, including seniors, and are done in comfort while sitting, standing or lying down. Training goals range from pain relief to improving athletic performance and are effective in both preventing and recovering from injury and improving overall enjoyment. |
